Privacy policy

Last updated 16 September 2026. This policy describes how CryptoEarn Guide handles information about people who visit cryptoearn.guide or write to us. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site is, technically

Every page here is a pre-built HTML file. There is no account system, no login, no comment section, no newsletter sign-up and no web form of any kind — the contact page uses plain email links for exactly that reason. The site ships no client-side JavaScript, sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no A/B testing tool and no session recording.

The one third-party request

Pages load a font stylesheet from Google Fonts, served from fonts.googleapis.comwith the font files themselves from fonts.gstatic.com. To fulfil that request your browser necessarily discloses your IP address, and typically your user agent and the referring page, to Google. We do not receive that data, it is not linked to anything else, and we do not use it. The request is governed by Google’s own privacy terms rather than ours. If you would rather it did not happen, a content blocker or a browser set to block third-party requests will stop it, and every page on this site remains fully readable in a fallback system font.

That is the complete list. No other external domain is contacted when you load a page.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server, and web servers keep access logs as a normal part of serving and securing a site. Those logs typically record the IP address making the request, the time, the page or file requested, the response code, the user agent string and the referring URL. They exist so that the site can be kept online, so that faults can be diagnosed and so that abuse can be blocked.

We do not use server logs to build a profile of you, we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them, we do not combine them with any other source, and we do not sell, rent or share them with advertisers or data brokers. Under UK and EU data protection law the lawful basis for this limited processing is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website.

Email correspondence

If you write to editorial@cryptoearn.guide we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use it to reply to you, to check and act on a correction, and to keep a record of what was changed on the site and why. The lawful basis is again legitimate interest — in corresponding with readers and in maintaining an accurate editorial record.

We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not pass your message or your address to any platform mentioned on this site, including our commercial partner. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, and we delete it on request unless we are required to retain it. Please do not send account numbers, wallet seed phrases, private keys, identity documents or screenshots containing them; we have no use for any of it and cannot help with account issues.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold about any individual reader is email correspondence you initiated, so a request usually resolves to "here is the thread" or "it has been deleted".

Send any request to editorial@cryptoearn.guide and we will deal with it without undue delay. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in the European Union it is the supervisory authority for the country where you live.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the site ever adds something that processes data — analytics, a form, an embedded widget — this page will be updated before it goes live, and the date at the top will change. We do not maintain a separate cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to; if that stops being true, a banner will appear and this policy will explain why.

One thing this policy deliberately does not do is claim certification. We hold no privacy seal, no ISO certification and no third-party audit, and we would rather describe the site accurately than imply assurance we have not obtained.
