Contact us
One address, read by the people who write the pages. Corrections get priority over everything else.
Everything reaches us at editorial@cryptoearn.guide. There is no contact form on this site, because the site is a set of static pages with nothing behind them to process a submission — no account system, no database, no form handler. Email is the whole channel, and it is monitored by the editorial team rather than a support desk.
Four reasons to write, and what to include
What to put in the email
- A correction
- The page, the sentence, and a link to the source that contradicts it. Primary sources carry the most weight — the provider’s own page, a regulator’s register entry, a filing. A dated screenshot helps enormously when a page has since been changed.
- A rate or product update
- The provider, the product, the old figure and the new one, and a link. If you work for the provider, say so — it does not count against you, and it speeds up verification.
- A partnership enquiry
- Who you are, what you are proposing and which pages it would touch. Read our methodology first: we publish no scores, we do not sell placement inside a finding, and we do not send drafts for approval.
- Press and research
- The outlet, the deadline and the question. We are happy to explain how a figure was sourced or to point you to the underlying document.
Subject lines that name the page make everything faster. Please do not send attachments containing personal or account information.
What happens next
Corrections are handled first. If a figure on this site is wrong, we would rather fix it today than finish whatever we were writing. We read every message, but we do not promise a fixed response time and we would rather say that plainly than publish a service level we cannot guarantee. Routine enquiries can take longer than corrections, and some do not get an individual reply at all.
When a correction lands, we change the page itself and move the verification date on it. We do not quietly delete a paragraph that turned out to be wrong; where a claim was doing real work in an argument, the correction says what changed.
One note on that last point. Most crypto earn products sit outside the compensation and ombudsman schemes that cover bank deposits — a UK cryptoasset registration, for example, is anti-money-laundering supervision and brings no access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS. Knowing which backstop exists before you deposit is worth more than any escalation route afterwards, andthe platform comparison records what we could verify for each provider.
